Wooden Doors
Take a look at these images from a recent bespoke joinery installation in Sevenoaks in this instance the team designed and installed this stunning Hardwood door.
When replacing a door like this, it is essential to either recreate the original door or match the door with other local houses of a similar style.
However, this approach does not prevent us from modernising new installations, for example, this door now features double glazing, which in turn, goes a long way to ensuring our customers home is more energy efficient.
Any external joinery installation must be able to cope with the effects of weathering. This is achieved by a combination of the painted finish and the wood itself.
To create this door, the team chose the tropical African Hardwood Sapele; this highly durable wood is ideal for use in external applications as it is resistant to rot.
